These are the plain-language terms for ordering a wedding website from Sonnet, a studio run by The Liaison in Atlanta, Georgia. By placing an order, you are agreeing to them. Questions are always welcome at hello@theliaisonatl.com.
A custom wedding website, designed and built for you from the details you provide, for the price shown at checkout. The website is $100. An optional custom web address (your own .com) is an additional $35, which covers registering and setting it up.
You pay, then you fill out a short intake form with your story, photos, and event details. We design and build your site from what you share, and deliver it to you. Reasonable edits are included while we get it just right, handled by email.
We build by hand, so timelines depend on the season and how quickly we receive your details. We will always give you an honest delivery window once you are in, and we will keep you posted if anything changes.
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and text you send us, and you give us permission to use them only to build and host your website. We may show finished work as an example, with names and private details removed, unless you ask us not to.
Each site is custom-built for you, so we ask that you order with care. If we have not started your build yet, reach out and we will make it right. Once your site has been built and delivered, sales are final. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our end, tell us and we will fix it.
We pour real care into every site, but we provide them as is and cannot promise they will be free of every error or available without interruption. Sonnet is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of a site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. The terms in place when you order are the ones that apply to your order.
